Child Name - Mayura - 2021 Graduate

My daughter Mayura, was at Dishaa from Nov 2017-March 2021. At Dishaa, it is an undiluted form of Montessori. Classrooms with lots of sunlight and enough space have been an important design of Dishaa permitting learners to work, grow and learn at their own pace in a relaxed environment. The mixed aged groups has helped my child learn & communicate with one-another. Being an Inclusive set-up, Dishaa improves life skills like acceptance and inclusion. With this Pandemic, Dishaa has relieved the stress of learning through their marvelous online program that they started at the very beginning of the pandemic. Without waiting for the situation to improve Dishaa immediately came up with tailored sessions based on the need of every child. This helped my daughter to continue learning in the comfortable environment of my home, giving us geographical & scheduling flexibility. The learning and sessions were very carefully planned to include all parts of Montessori curriculum like the language, arithmetic, EPL & sensorial. The online sessions also included project based learning and reading programs. At one point later during the year Dishaa also offered a mixed bag with online and face-to-face session which were not offered by majority of the schools around.

Bidding goodbye to Dishaa has been painful for us . We wish Dishaa keeps growing leaps and bounds supporting many more children in the coming years.
