Dharini Srinivasan, Founder Principal

It was her love for children that decided the path that her career would take. A graduate in Psychology, Dharini holds a Diploma in Pre-School Education awarded by the Association of Montessori Internationale (AMI). She has served as a teacher and academic coordinator in a leading Montessori establishment for over 15 years, during which she completed a Diploma in Inclusive Education from the Spastic Society of Karnataka. She is also a certified mental health counselor and continues to make time to provide counseling through a voluntary organisation in the city .

Geetha S. Nityananda, Co-founder

A Montessori consultant for several schools in Bangalore today, Geetha started her career with Head Start Montessori House of Children. In her 22 years there, she was instrumental in making it one of the city’s best preschools and pioneered an inclusive education programme there. A certified Montessorian recognized by the AMI, she is Member, Board of Studies and Member of the Governing Council, IMC.
